A Program Built Around Your Player.
Three structured programs. Every one of them designed for one thing: real, measurable development.
Every Program Starts With the Player, Not the Package.
Martin doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all baseball training. Each program is selected based on your son's current level, goals, and what kind of support he needs. The three programs below represent the structures that work, but the work inside them is always specific to your son.
8th Grade Readiness Program
8th grade is the interview year. The year a player's entire high school baseball future is decided. College coaches, high school coaches, and scouts form their first impressions of a player before he ever sets foot on a varsity diamond, and the development he does in 8th grade determines whether he's ready for that moment or not.
Martin has spent 40+ years watching players arrive at 9th grade unprepared, not because they lacked talent, but because nobody invested in them at the right time. This program exists to change that. In one structured year, Martin builds the mechanical foundation, the physical tools, and the competitive mindset that give your son a real shot at earning a varsity role from day one.
This is the jumpstart. Players who enter Martin's system in 8th grade don't just make their teams, they become the kind of players their coaches build around. And they stay in the program, continuing to develop through 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade, because once a player sees what structured development produces, there's no going back.

Speed, Agility & Quickness Training
Speed wins games. Martin's SAQ program is built around one principle: athleticism is trainable. Through structured agility work, explosive movement drills, and sport-specific conditioning, players develop the quickness, first-step speed, and body control that translate directly onto the field. Every athlete is assessed before training begins and tested again at the end, so the improvement isn't just felt, it's documented.
- • Format: In-person sessions
- • Structure: Individualized or small group
